1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 7u7771 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at 7u7771.bet.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.

• "Real Money Funds" means actual deposited currency held in the Player's account balance.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

3. Account Registration

To use the 7u7771 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account. If 7u7771 identifies that a Player has registered multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — all associated accounts may be suspended, all pending bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided at 7u7771's discretion.

By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you are not registering on behalf of a third party. 7u7771 reserves the right to close any account opened using false, misleading, or incomplete information without prior notice.

4. Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7u7771 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. 7u7771 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to keep credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account protection.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

7u7771 accepts deposits in BDT and INR. The following payment methods are currently supported for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must be funded from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. 7u7771 does not accept cryptocurrency, cash transfers, or anonymous payment methods. 7u7771 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7u7771 bears no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you will be asked to provide an alternative method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically one to three business days from the point of approval.

7u7771 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document, along with proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete this verification within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering conditions will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal total.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 7u7771 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

For sports betting — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. 12. Limitation of Liability

13. Suspension and Termination

7u7771 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void any bets or withhold withdrawals, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour.
• Attempted to exploit technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Breached applicable laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited at 7u7771's discretion. Where closure is initiated by the Player for responsible gaming reasons, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days.

14. Amendments to These Terms

7u7771 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 7u7771's international operating entity.
